1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
  • If work has not started, a refund may be considered.
  • If work has already begun, refunds may be partial depending on work completed.

Projects may also be cancelled if:

  • The client becomes unresponsive for more than 10 days.
  • Fraudulent payment information is used.
  • The client violates the service agreement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Project cancellation before work begins
  • Failure to deliver the agreed service due to company error

Refunds may be prorated based on the amount of work already completed.

3. Cases Where Refunds May Not Apply

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The project has entered revision stages
  • The client requests major changes outside the original scope
  • Discounted or promotional packages were purchased
  • The client changes their mind after project initiation
  • Another company has been hired for the same project

These conditions are common within publishing service agreements to protect creative work already produced.

4. Revision Policy

If the delivered work requires adjustments, Publisher Universe will offer revisions according to the service package selected.

Revisions are intended to improve the project rather than restart it entirely.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–15 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Rights After Refund

If a refund is issued:

  • The client may not use any concepts, drafts, designs, or materials created by Publisher Universe.
  • All rights to those materials remain with Publisher Universe.

These providers are only given access to information necessary to perform their services.
